General training target

 

  • Acquiring knowledge on instrumental techniques and 

 

  • Acquiring specific skills to allow students to actually implement their artistic concept, by emphasizing the study of the most representative repertoire of the instrument – including ensemble repertoires – and the related performing practices.

 

  • Developing students’ ability to interact within variously composed musical groups.

  • Foster the development of hearing perceptive skills and memorisation.

 

  • Acquiring specific skills related to organizational, compositional and analytical music models and their interaction.

  • Consolidation of suitable postural and emotional control techniques. 

 

  • In-depth analysis of stylistic, historic and aesthetic aspects, either general and related to one’s own specific domain.

  • Acquiring proper improvisation skills.
